Fallow Venison Fajitas


INGREDIENTS METHOD
  • 14oz Venison pieces cut into 2 in long strips
  • 3 small peppers, red and green, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 3 tbsp. Cajun spice mix
  • 2-tbsp. sweet chili sauce
Cajun Spice Mix
Combine the Following:
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Combine venison, peppers and onion with Cajun spice mix Preheat a heavy pan with a little oil and pan fry or barbecue over a high heat for 2 minutes, tossing so that the meat is browned all over. Stir into the sauce. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
