- 14oz Venison pieces cut into 2 in long strips
- 3 small peppers, red and green, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 3 tbsp. Cajun spice mix
- 2-tbsp. sweet chili sauce
Cajun Spice Mix Combine the Following:
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. rosemary
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Combine venison, peppers and onion with Cajun
spice mix
Preheat a heavy pan with a little oil and pan fry or
barbecue over a high heat for 2 minutes, tossing so
that the meat is browned all over. Stir into the sauce.
Serve immediately.
